Cave thx for this wonderfull game

... I got trouble with the iap since the update i lost all my previous in app purchase so please find a way to fix this and ill go for a 5 stars rating

The additional quest would have been more enjoyable without those paid items. On the other hand the game is still a good choice if youre into horizontal shooters with a crazy pace. Im looking forward to the next danmaku that Cave will release!

Fantastic Japanese action arcade game in my hands - thank you Cave for bringing this to my iPod!!!

The usual cave quality shmups.The gameplay is solid and the addition of iphone mode with items to equip is nice.Worth the price!Try it! This game can also be found on xbox360.

Another terrific game by CAVE. Solid gameplay, awesome soundtrack. Play the game on LEVEL 3!!! Anything less is too easy and youll beat the game on your first play!!

Need to allow screen to be rotated (different screen orientation) and autosave feature. My games dont save. If these are fixed will rate 5 star

Definitely can keep you entertained for a LONG time. The only thing I have against the game is the control - finger blocks my view and creates a blind spot. For some reason enemies really really like to appear under your finger and unload their payload right there.

A slick shooter with deep scoring mechanics, memorable boss battles, variable difficulty allows for tons of replay, candy colored bullet hell, and top notch AAA production design. If you are a shmup fan-- this is an incredible treat.

Amazingly detailed, and incredibly intense. Deathsmiles is a must-have for shmup fans. And Im glad to see that the IAP are not game-breaking. Each of the IAP items already have more powerful versions available as rare drops through the game (I have a bunch of them already).

normally a sim/rpg kinda person, but this game really surprised me. initially captivated by its cute anime icon, i found deathsmiles really fun, unique and easy to play. for both casual and hardcore players alike. definitely worth the price.

The game crashes with iOS5. Please fix this.

Cave have done it again. Arcade mode is a blast to play just to try and get that new high score and unlike other Cave shooters here you pick your path and you can mix up the order you complete the stages to try and get an even better score. iPhone mode is a great RPG take on the Arcade mode, you dont level up but you do find items to improve your characters skills. Tons of fun to replay for high scores but Hard really is "hard" and you really need to rely on great items to help you beat it. If any comments or reviews mention crashing for iOS 5 the issue was fixed in an update.

graphics are great, its really cute/badass but i cant figure out how to save ;_;

The game is great. Finally Deathsmiles on the go! But now we have the in-app purchases??!?!?!?! I lost every piece of clothing and other items when Cave updated the game! Now I have to BUY them? What the hell is up with that Cave???? I paid good money for EVERY game you released however adding the in-app crap and forcing my items to be removed really angers me. Cave, I lowered my star rating due to this.
